For more than one hundred years, Parramatta City Brass, has been dedicated to the provision of good music, raising standards through state and national band competitions, encouraging community involvement, nurturing talent of all ages and furthering a love of live brass music performance.

Parramatta City Brass is a community band currently graded at B Level. Rehearsals are held every Thursday evening from 8.00pm - 10.00pm in the band's own hall in Jubilee Lane, Parramatta.

Lead up to the NSW State Band Championships
The Band has a number of concerts and workshops planned over the coming months as we look ahead to the NSW State Band Championships in late August. We hope to see many new and existing supporters at these events!

Parramatta City Band places 4th in the National Band Championships
WThe Band has performed admirably, placing 4th in B-Grade in the National Band Championships at Easter. This is our best result so far at a National Band Contest, and just one point away from third place, reflects the hard work that the band has put in. Helped by the constructive comments made by adjudicator James Curnow, the hopes to build on this solid performance in the future.
